From assistance with realtors to navigation soils/wetlands studies, municipal codes, restrictions & more, we have the experience to make purchasing a lot stress-free.

Getting the perfect home is important to you – which means it’s important to us. That’s why we take all of your requests, from exterior finishes to kitchen hardware, and make sure they’re achievable within your budget. With us, there won’t be any unexpected surprises – just a home that checks all of your boxes.

At Ashwin Building Company, we handle it all – from permitting to inspections and more. Plus, you’ll always have direct access and communication with your Project Manager who will be on-site daily to ensure your blueprints are accurately followed and that the project meets your specifications. We won’t miss a detail!

When construction is complete, we’ll take you on a comprehensive walkthrough and give you your keys. We’ll also make sure all warranties and manuals are transferred to you. One year later, we’ll come back for another walkthrough to ensure everything is in top condition. We will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy!
